but I know what it takes for my mom to give me treats.

First Day on the Job

So, today I start work for Eduardo the Snuggle Puggle. First off, being a

good boss that he is, he needed to know my qualifications.
Well: I am a golden so I can fetch and retrieve very well.
So Eduardo gave it great thought about where to place me..........................
(he is really giving it some thought)

And where best to place a Golden............... the mail room of course.

So I did some stretches just like every good employee does before work.

My first day there were a lot of packages to sift through.

And as I am sorting them I realized something................

They are all for ME!!!! What are the odds?
The first package is from Chow Chow from when I played the Pay it Forward
with him a while back (mail takes a while)

And the next package is from Vodka who I also played the Pay it Forward with.

The third package is from our friends Oscar, Tinkerbell and Tucker who sent
mom and I two books, and one is Autographed!
How sweet is that!

The fourth package came from my pal Trooper who sent treats and stuffies!

After opening all this mail I think its about break time. So glad I have snacks
now b/c I forgot to bring some for lunch.

First lets try out this corn thing from Vodka, I could barely concentrate
on work once I opened this package......

nom nom nom

Now I need my protein, so lets have some of these too......

Ok, well break is not quite over yet so I think I will spend some time with
my new stuffie...............

Wow look at all this mail I had to go through today. I think I did pretty
well for my first day on the job.

Let's check and make sure I have it all before I clock out for the day.

Yep it all sorted and emptied.
Is anybody looking?

I think I am going to clock out for the evening, it has been a very long
first day at work, hope I still have a job come next Tuesday. =)

Now it is time for my nap......

My paws are very tired form being on them all day.
Thank you to all my friends who sent such wonderful gifts for me and
my mom. You really have made my day, I am so lucky to have
found such thoughtful friends.

We Had a Visitor

My Aunt A came to visit us for a couple days.

It was so much fun to have all girls in the house (sorry BF)

And guess what she did for mom and I?

She made us both dinners!!

Mine was some new kind of fresh organic meat chunks mixed in with my normal
Iams mini chunks.
(I do really just eat dry food, only on rare occasions do I get special foods)

But
Their dinner was much more elaborate.
They had everything!
They had fresh fruit, salad, vegetable soup with crackers and bread, salmon croquet's
and cabbage and noodles!!
(they are Slavish)

Here is mom about to enjoy her meal and I am in the back right
corner devouring mine.
It was so good. Mom even put a little cabbage
and noodle in mine =)

I will be posting again later for when I clock in to work
with Eduardo, today is my first day of
work and I have to make an impression today
wish me luck. =)
