3 Dogs and a Chick

You know that great company 3 Dogs and a Chick?

Well they are working on a great cause for the men and women and dogs who serve our country.
Here is what it is all about.

MWD Sonja and her handler taking a break. Sonja is one of the MWD's who will receive our care packages.

Here at 3 Dogs & a Chick, we've recently adopted several deployed Military Working Dog (MWD) Teams. We are sending care packages over to both the dogs and the handlers, with the goal of boosting morale and providing requested items for the dogs.

We need your help to continue the much needed support of our brave men, women and dogs who sacrifice so much to keep us safe and free! Until they all come home....

How can I adopt a dog and handler? I can't imagine any better way to spend any extra money I have than this venture.

WE are going to grab mom's plastic - anyone who can make cookies as good as the ones you sent us surely deserves our support for such a wonderful cause.

Hey that's a Belgian Malinois in the picture!!! (Just like us but with short fur and a little crazier) We'll find Momma's plastic and designate this great cause as the recipient of this quarter's donation.

What a great project. Thank you for getting the word out. Our military needs all the support they can get.

We have been helping through our local Ruritan Club to get hospital kits to wounded soldiers. Helping out our military is a cause that is near and dear to our hearts because our huDad is a retired Marine.

Thank you for alerting us to this great cause! We definitely want to participate. One of our big charities is the Operation Baghdad Pups, a program sponsored by the SPCA International. This program works to bring home to the US animals (cats and dogs) that have been adopted by US troops in the war zone. The military does not fund the return of these animals who serve as mascots and morale boosters to our troops -- usually these animals are strays adopted by troops.
You are awesome Mason! Love your new background too!
