Tug-O What?

Tug-O Jug
So mom brought home this new "mind challenging" toy for me today.
She puts treats in it and I am to get them out.

I am not sure how this works yet, but I did see mom open up this end
and add the treats, so I am guessing that's how
I get them out.
No comments please.Okay so I was wrong. Apparently I am to position the rope in
the perfect spot and the treats just fall out!!

It is pretty hard to get the rope just perfect

I got a few, this is pretty darn tough.

Maybe if I try it like my kong and lick it out.

Nope not working that way either.

Okay, so how much did you pay for this mom?

Does this mean I win? I am a smart dog. =)

That looks like something would keep my brother Scooby out of my fur for a while. I might have to talk Mummy into buying him one.
Big licks to you

Wow Mason

That looks like a lot of work to get some treats. We think you should just keep trying to charm her with your tricks.

Hi, Mason!
My mom says that that is a good toy because it entertains you for a long time. Hmmmm.... I guess I'd be frustrated if I can't get the treats!

Toys are fun. But do we really have to work for a treat? Keep at it. Either you'll figure it out or destroy it in the process.

Hmmmmmm, interesting toy indeed, but what's the point? Just give me the treat. We don't think that toy would last long here but it is a pretty color.

Hi Mason
That looked very interesting. We think that they should make something similar for humans to get their chocolates out of!
It could solve the human obesity crisis we think!

Good morning Mason D! Your mom is sure one smart shopper! May I mention that you have a fine color about you whenever you are thinking? If I was to get one of these it would be called Destroy a Jug; not as catchy but it's probably how the end result would turn out.I missed you Sat. night. I ate the whole bag of pawpcorn all by myself. THat's Ok, I still have oooglie googilie eyes for you!

I hate getting treats out of toys. Just give me the treat, mom - I'll play with the toy later!

Treats are great, but that is too much work for treats.

Besides - we already do a lot of hard work around the house - or at least I do - and I bet you do, too!

Like guarding the house, and cleaning up the floor after spills, and making sure nothing important gets accidentally thrown in the garbage (personally, I check all the trashcans at least 100 times a day for important stuff that Mom is always carelessly putting in there!)

That is way enough work for treats!

Did you break it in the end or is the rope apposed to come out? It look a very challenging toy, miss Kylie has one of those. Lucky Mum has not seed them for sale over here or I would be getting very annoyed with it. BOL!

Oh Mason....that is tooooo funny! I have a couple of those treat dispensing toys. Heck, if I wanted mental stimulation to get a treat, all I have to do is work on a way to pry open the trash can! Have fun, and hopefully your mom will give you treats for just working with it. Love, Sally

We need one of those - looks like it did a great job of keeping you occupied!

That's OK for a single dog house but the 9 of us would "have discussions" about it. We'd just have max or Shiloh slam it with a paw and break it open. We use the old fashion method of "sitting" in a semi-circle around the counter and dad opens the treat jar and dispenses one treat to each of us and then closes the treat jar, rubs his empty hands together and say "All gone."
